Returned to Japan in 2019 as Vice President at AnyMind Japan, concurrently heading the D2C for Enterprise division within the SNS and influencer marketing department. Since October 2024, has been serving as Head of Growth at STRACT, Inc.

        Born in 1995 in Hokkaido, Japan, I am a software engineer who began programming and electronics at age 8. By 14, I was monetizing my own software, and at 15, I started developing mobile apps. While at Keio University, I founded STRACT Inc. in 2017 following the success of a self-developed music app, which reached 5 million downloads in Japan. After exiting that business, I launched the shopping app “PLUG,” raising ¥1.41 billion in Series A funding. Selected for Forbes Asia 30 Under 30.

          I joined Mercari, Inc. in December 2013 and became a Director in March 2014, where I looked over the corporate division and worked on establishing our company culture as well as building a foundation for strong talents to grow in our company. Mercari reached its IPO in June of 2018.

                        投資銀行本部にて主にインターネット企業の株式上場(IPO)支援を担当し、
                        2006年12月、株式会社ミクシィ入社、 2008年6月に取締役執行役員CFOに就任。
                        2012年6月、同社取締役を退任し、アカツキ、フリークアウト、ラクスル等の社外取締役・監査役などスタートアップ企業の経営を支援。
                        2013年12月、株式会社メルカリに入社し、14年3月に取締役就任。2017年に取締役社長兼COOに、2019年よりPresident（会長）に就任。
                        2019年8月より株式会社鹿島アントラーズFCの代表取締役社長に就任。
