For IVS2025, we've teamed up with three partners to provide childcare, postnatal care, and activity-based programs for kids.

Making IVS More Family-Friendly

Since 2024, IVS has been committed to creating an environment where parents can confidently take part in the event. Last year’s childcare service, offered for the first time, received an overwhelmingly positive response.

Voices from attendees — “I could attend because of the childcare” and “I pitched for the first time thanks to the support” — are helping shift the culture.

In 2025, IVS aims to provide a more comprehensive support to help parents balance childcare and professional growth.

Planned Programs

• ● On-Site Daycare (for infants and up)
  

  A secure childcare space within the IVS venue staffed by certified professionals. Open to all attendees — speakers, exhibitors, and visitors.

• ● Overnight Postnatal Care Hotel (in Kyoto)

  A limited-time postpartum care hotel operated by certified midwives, offering overnight care, so parents can rest and join the event fully.

• ● Experiential Childcare Tours for Children

  In collaboration with business partners, we offer hands-on learning experiences that inspire children's curiosity ,allowing parents to focus on the event.

• ● Hands-On Workshops for Kids and Families

  Since this childcare service is made just for events, we’re able to create a space where kids can truly enjoy being out and about.
  With creative art projects, kid-friendly yoga time, little venue strolls, and age-based crafts, we’ve got tons of fun waiting.
