Notes

Notes on participation

🤟🏼 Please participate and network with respect to.

People of all purposes will be attending. Many people are coming for networking. Naturally, you may or may not want to meet people. On the other hand, unintended "chance encounters" may also occur. The important thing is to have mutual respect for each other. We encourage all IVS participants and staff to have mutual respect, even when meeting for the first time. We believe that no matter how high you are in rank or how much money you have, you should avoid any behavior that is not respectful. Please make that commitment in your participation.

💁🏼‍♀️ IVS Code of Conduct

IVS KYOTO places great importance on the "Code of Conduct" in the IVS KYOTO Participation Agreement. We will not tolerate any behavior that is offensive to the organizers or participants, solicitation of a specific religion, campaigning, discriminatory language or behavior toward others, slanderous behavior toward others, invasion of privacy of others, language or behavior contrary to laws or public order and morals, smoking outside of smoking areas, non-cooperation with infectious disease control measures, loud private conversation in events where private conversation is prohibited, and any other behavior that is offensive to the organizers or participants. Loud private conversation, excessive sales pitches or sales activities beyond the bounds of common sense, and any other activities that the organizer deems inappropriate for participation in the event are prohibited. If the organizer determines that any of these prohibited acts apply to you, you may be asked to leave the venue.

🍺 Prohibition of alcohol consumption by persons under 20 years old

In accordance with Japanese law, the consumption of alcohol by persons under the age of 20 is prohibited. At this event, alcohol consumption by those under the age of 20 is strictly prohibited. In principle, alcohol is not served, but may be served in some EXECUTIVE Lounges and other areas. Therefore, age verification is conducted at counters where alcohol is served. We ask each organizer to comply with this rule not only at the main venue, but also at side events. Also, any behavior that encourages people to drink alcohol is prohibited. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

NO Harassment

Declaration of NO Harassment

We would like to make every effort to ensure that everyone can participate in the IVS in a safe and comfortable environment during this period. We hope that this period will provide you with an opportunity to think more about harassment. We are also planning to set up a consultation service in case you have any problems. We will post the information on this website in due course.
