In this session, we’ll dive into when high-growth companies start considering M&A, what their goals are (talent acquisition, business complementarity, buying time, etc.), and how they plan and execute those deals. We’ll also share how their organizational structures change after M&A, what the real-world PMI looks like, and the concrete impact on their business.
