          Bexultan Buitekov is a business strategist and co-founder of LOOQ, with a background in corporate management and consulting. He has worked at KPMG and one of Kazakhstan’s largest retail chains, where he was responsible for commercial and operational departments. In parallel, he took part in venture projects as a business assistant to a private investor. At LOOQ, he is in charge of financial modeling, partnerships, and building B2B sales. He advocates the belief that Kazakhstani tech teams are capable of creating products that can compete globally.

              Ayan Sakenov is a Kazakhstani entrepreneur and engineer. He is the founder of a tech startup focused on urban logistics and advertising. Ayan began his journey with local delivery services and went on to build a scalable dark kitchen platform. In 2023, he launched LOOQ — an AI-powered platform that turns couriers and mopeds into moving carriers of intelligent outdoor advertising. He is committed to developing the AdTech ecosystem in Central Asia by bridging technology, real-world traffic, and urban infrastructure. Ayan actively participates in accelerator programs, speaks at industry events, and promotes digital innovation made in Kazakhstan.

He is the co-founder of three startups across Kazakhstan, the U.S., and Japan — Qcity, Centrly, and Ringi — and has been a core team member in four other startups in the U.S. and Japan.
                      Forbes 30 Under 30 North America (2021) in the Enterprise Technology category for his work on the Centrly platform, becoming the first Kazakhstani to be included in this prestigious global list.
                      Startups he has co-founded or contributed to as a core team member have raised over $8.8 million in investment.
                      Ringi is an innovative platform aimed at connecting Japan and Central Asia through tech collaboration, business missions, and cultural initiatives.                               Jeevan Gnanam は、祖父である故 A. Y. S. Gnanam 氏（St. Anthony’s Group〈SAグループ〉の創業者）と同様に、起業家精神あふれるアイデアの創出者となることを目指しています。SAグループはスリランカで最も歴史があり、最大規模の複合企業のひとつであり、繊維、建築資材、プラスチック製品、工業用ファスナー、セメント、ファイバーセメント、波形屋根材の製造を通じて産業の発展を切り開いてきました。

                              Jeevan 氏は、スリランカ初の本格的なITパーク「Orion City（オリオンシティ）」の立役者でもあり、ここには世界を代表するIT企業が拠点を構えています。2008年の設立以来、オリオンシティは着実な成長を遂げ、2020年までに100万平方フィートの施設目標を達成しました。

                              また、スリランカ最大級のプラスチック製造企業の一つである Anton 社のCEOも務めています。革新と品質への強いこだわりにより、Anton 社は国民から信頼されるブランドとして確固たる地位を築いています。60年の歴史の中でスリランカのプラスチック業界において多くの「初」を成し遂げ、現在はサステナブル開発においても業界をリードしています。

                              2007年には兄と共にウェブアプリ開発会社「Providence（プロビデンス）」を創業し、現在はBPO（ビジネス・プロセス・アウトソーシング）事業へも拡大しています。さらに2012年には「SAKS（SA Knowledge Services）」を設立し、金融サービス、リサーチ＆アナリティクス、リーガルプロセスアウトソーシングなどにおいて柔軟でカスタマイズされたソリューションを提供しています。

                              Jeevan 氏はスリランカの若者向け起業支援のメンターおよびファシリテーターとしても活動しており、SLASSCOMの積極的なメンバーとして、起業家精神とマーケティングフォーラムが主導する多くの取り組みに関与しています。また、スリランカの起業家や企業にベンチャーキャピタルとメンタリングを提供する「Lanka Angel Network」の創設メンバーでもあります。

                                      地球観測衛星「だいち2号」（ALOS-2）や「だいち4号」（ALOS-4）など、SAR衛星をメインに観測データ利活用を行う。 2023年度には産学官による衛星地球観測のコミュニティ「地球観測コンソーシアム」（CONSEO）の光学・SAR観測 WGの事務局を担当。 現在は海洋分野において海洋のデータ収集し、政府機関に提供している。

                                          JAXA入社後、ロケットエンジン開発、宇宙船「こうのとり」開発・運用、米国ヒューストン駐在員事務所にてNASA等との国際調整業務を経て、現在は、JAXA宇宙イノベーションパートナーシップ(J-SPARC)プログラムを展開し、JAXAの研究開発力の向上と新たな民間宇宙ビジネスの創出を目指した複数の共創プロジェクトを推進している。加えて、2024年4月から、宇宙戦略基金の技術開発マネージメントに従事。兵庫県姫路市出身。一般社団法人スペースポートジャパン共同創業者＆理事。
