What is the Leadership that Drives the Structure in the AI Era? -Redefining "DE &I as Strategy
As we enter the age of AI and the need for all people to “adapt to change,” the question that needs to be reexamined is the very structure of who is in the decision-making process. In this session, practitioners who continue to stand at the forefront of the intersection of technological innovation and diversity will discuss the challenges and signs they have seen in the field and how to apply them to the future. From our own perspectives, we will redefine the viewpoint that diverse voices are needed at the core of decision-making and social implementation, beyond the framework of “women's activities” and "support.
