Responsible for community building and public relations for the entire ecosystem surrounding startups, including entrepreneurs and supporters, for the company and its portfolio companies.
          Yuki graduated from the School of Cultural Conceptualization at Waseda University.

              After promoting management reforms for more than 10 years as a senior consultant in the organizational restructuring division of Deloitte and the first manager of the DX division of a major childcare company, he joined the Preparatory Office for the Establishment of the Agency for Children and Family Affairs, Cabinet Secretariat.
              After preparing for the establishment of the Agency for Children and Family Affairs, he worked on the formulation of the Children's Future Strategy and the first Children's Outline, as well as preparations for the enforcement of the Law for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Violence.

                  She began her career at Daiwa Securities in 2008, where she held positions in the Investment Banking Division and later in Corporate Planning. In December 2019, she joined mybest Inc. as Director and CFO, overseeing all corporate functions. After giving birth to her first child in January 2025, she returned to work in April and is now taking on the challenge of balancing work and parenting.

                      Akiko began her career in HR outsourcing sales, handling staff-client matching, support, and project management. She then planned events and benefits for high-net-worth clients at a a company supporting the launch and management of membership organizations. At 01Booster, she is involved in open innovation support, in-house new business development, and startup support, contributing to the growth and expansion of the startup ecosystem.
                      A mother of one, she works full-time alongside her husband, continuously seeking ways to balance her professional and family life.

                              デロイトトーマツコンサルティング組織再編部門のシニアコンサルタントや大手保育系企業DX部門の初代マネジャー等として経営改革を10年強推進後、内閣官房こども家庭庁設立準備室に入職。こども家庭庁設立準備を経て、庁設立後はこども未来戦略（異次元の少子化対策）や初代こども大綱の策定、こども性暴力防止法施行準備等に取り組む。
                              　こどもが産まれてからは育児が趣味。保育士資格も持つ。

                                      現在、01Boosterにてオープンイノベーション支援・社内新規事業支援・スタートアップ支援等を担当。スタートアップエコシステムの発展にも尽力。
                                      1児の母。夫婦でフルタイム共働き。仕事と家庭の両立に試行錯誤中。
