DEI(Diversity, Equity, Inclusion)は、組織や社会に多様性と公平性を根づかせるための大切な基盤。

Beyond DEI: How IX Sparks Inclusive Transformation — Intersection, Collision, and Innovation

DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) forms a vital foundation for embedding diversity and fairness into organizations and society. When diverse social concepts intersect, they spark new forms of economic activity—this is what we call IX: Inclusive Transformation.

Markets that were once disconnected, people who never interacted, and ideas that seemed incompatible are now crossing paths—and at times, colliding—to create new sparks of innovation.

In this session, we will explore, together with diverse practitioners, what an inclusive society could look like—one in which everyone has access to, participates in, and contributes to transformation.
