Enabling AI for Learning, Unlearn Everything. How an Art University and Notion Are Transforming Learning Through AI in Kyoto
Since 2023, a pioneering collaboration between an art university in Kyoto and Notion has been reshaping the educational landscape: redefining the relationship between students and AI, strengthening how educators engage with AI, and reimagining the student-teacher dynamic itself.
Together, they have undertaken a wide range of initiatives — from a strategic partnership with Notion, to developing AI hardware with SHARP, working with Sakura Internet on domestic LLMs, establishing a research infrastructure with Jizai, and even experimenting with open-source curricula via GitHub.
