    A former Game Director and Project Leader at Akatsuki Inc., he played a key role in launching the casual game studio “Buddy” before becoming independent. He now leads an advertising agency focused on TikTok marketing and account management. In addition to this core business, he also operates game development and a beauty salon. By running TikTok accounts and handling in-house marketing for both games and the salon, he explores scalable, modern marketing strategies fit for the Reiwa era.

            Born in 2001, I graduated from the School of Information and Communication at Meiji University. While at university, I gained experience in startups and venture capital through internships and contract work, engaging in new business development, marketing, and recruitment support. In 2022, I joined HAKOBUNE, an independent seed-stage VC, as a founding member, where I am responsible for investments and supporting portfolio companies. Driven by my experience managing performance-based advertising as a student and recognizing the limitations of existing media platforms, I founded AdMel, a company developing an in-app audio platform to create new advertising experiences.

                    Born in 1991, age 33. A graduate of Meiji University’s School of Information and Communication. Joined Capcom straight out of university, working on PC game and VR projects. Founded VARK Inc. in August 2017 and served as its CEO. Launched the virtual live platform “VARK” in 2018, and its 2019 event “V-Summer!” hit No. 1 on Japan’s Twitter trends. Named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2021. Raised a cumulative ¥2 billion through Series C funding and exited via M&A in 2025. Currently runs “Living-Dead Liquidation-kun,” a resignation support service for startup CEOs.
