What are the key points emphasized in the IPO review process? And what are the conditions for a company to continue growing after going public?
In this session, we will hear from three experts: Ujisana Tunan, who oversees IPO promotion at the Tokyo Stock Exchange; Akimoto Yuki of Globe Advisors Ventures, a professional in IPO investing who specializes in startups; and Endo Ryu, founder of BINKS, who learned investor thinking at the University of Tokyo's Takimoto Seminar and went on to start his own company. They will discuss in depth how to create a company that is valued by the market from their respective perspectives.
