            Born in Osaka in 1975. After graduating from Rikkyo University with a degree in Literature, he joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. Since 2008, he has been involved in the field of university education, developing courses and teaching at Rikkyo University's College of Business Administration (Business Leadership Program) as a faculty member since 2008.

            Former university professor at Kyoto Institute of Technology.
            Graduate GLOBIS Management School of Business 2012 (MBA), Background is Overseas sales, Join Startup, IT company After working as an enterprise marketer. Since 2008, Rikkyo University is in charge of developing and teaching industry-academia cooperation program (business leadership program) as a part-time instructor. In 2014 BLP Advanced received the Career Education Award from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Regional society collaboration, development of industry-university cooperation program, leadership and entrepreneurship education are the core charge area.

                Born in Tokyo in 1986. While studying at Waseda University, he won a business plan competition held as part of a university course and founded Livesense Inc. during his first year. He launched “JobSense” (now “MachBaito”), a performance-based job search platform for part-time workers.
                In 2011, at the age of 25 years and 1 month, he led Livesense to an IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers (now Growth Market), becoming the youngest CEO in history to do so. The following year, at 25 years and 11 months, the company was listed on the TSE First Section (now Prime Market), again setting a record as the youngest CEO to reach Japan’s main market.

                    In 2017, at age 20, he founded Recolle, Inc., an apparel-related business. The following year, he decided to change his business. In July 2024, at the age of 27 years and 3 months, after 7 years in business, he became the youngest founder of a unicorn company to be listed on the TSE Growth Market (*).

                        Graduated from Rikkyo University’s College of Business in 2013. Began her career at RKB Mainichi Broadcasting as a reporter covering news and sports, including the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks. Joined TV Tokyo in 2016, serving as the third assistant on Moyamoya Summers 2 and appearing on programs like Chase LIVE! SPORTS Watcher. She has covered various sports and contributed to Olympic broadcasts for Rio, PyeongChang, and Tokyo. Since April 2024, she has been active as a freelance announcer. She is also a mother of one.

Currently CEO of Major7th (entrepreneur support) and an outside director for multiple companies, including listed ones.
