Innovation Through "Atotsugi" - From Succession to Challenge
Perhaps the entities with the greatest potential in regional areas are SMEs themselves. While they possess strong technical capabilities and customer bases, one issue we've been hearing about frequently in recent years is that of "Atotsugi" (successors) and business succession. With nationwide policies being implemented, momentum is certainly building. In this context, this session will bring together stakeholders and supporters involved in "Atotsugi" and business succession to deepen discussions not merely about business continuity, but about what is needed for transformation aimed at greater growth, and whether this could be a shortcut to innovation in Japan.
