Simply “promoting” diversity is not enough to transform organizations or society. What’s now required of companies is the ability to implement DE&I in practice.
This session features practitioners who have driven internal change within large corporations across different sectors. They will share their real-world experiences—from navigating cultural gaps and internal tensions, to embedding inclusion into corporate culture, and exploring both the challenges and opportunities found in co-creation with startups.
Together, we will examine where Japan’s startup ecosystem stands today in integrating DEI perspectives, and how we can move from intention to action.
